1. General

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.

Every watch is quality-checked and tested before dispatch.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices, offers, or discontinue products without prior notice.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may be subject to additional verification.

4. Warranty

Every WARLITH watch is backed by a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Watch movement

  • Battery-related manufacturing issues

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Physical damage

  • Broken glass

  • Strap damage due to regular use

  • Water or moisture damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

A valid order confirmation or invoice is required to claim warranty.

 

5. Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction matters to us.

 
Replacement

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 72 hours of delivery.

 
Returns

Returns are accepted only when a replacement cannot be provided for a defective or incorrectly delivered product.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • Returned with all accessories

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference for another design or color

  • Damage after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • A tracking link will be shared once your order is shipped.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

WARLITH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays in delivery.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All product images, designs, logos, branding, graphics, and website content are the property of WARLITH and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
