- By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Product Information
- We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and details. However, slight variations in design, color, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing or display differences.
- All watches are tested before dispatch to ensure quality and functionality.
3. Warranty Policy
- All watches come with a 6-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
- Warranty covers: movement, battery, and manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or mishandling
- Water damage
- General wear and tear
- Broken glass or straps
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation/email/invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

4. Return & Replacement Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us.
- Replacements: If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a free replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns: We only accept returns for defective or incorrect products. The watch must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags intact
- Non-returnable cases:
- Damage caused after delivery
- Customer changing mind or disliking the design after receiving
- To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at Warlith.com@gmail.com.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer tracked & insured shipping across India.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Delivery Timeframe: 3–7 working days (may vary depending on location).
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.
- Warlith is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
6. Payments & Pricing
- All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).
- Payment must be completed before order processing (Cash on Delivery, if available, is subject to location and additional verification).
- Warlith reserves the right to change product prices or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Warlith is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delays in delivery, or warranty claims.
- Our maximum liability will not exceed the value of the product purchased.

- Misuse, negligence, or mishandling leading to damage will not be covered under warranty or return policies.
