• Before claiming warranty, customers are requested to replace the battery at a local watch service center to rule out battery-related issues.
• If the watch still does not function after a battery replacement, our team will assist you with the warranty process.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
• Battery replacement costs

• Water or moisture damage
• Scratches, dents, or glass damage
• Strap wear, coating wear, or normal wear & tear
• Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs
